I tried to log into your site but our local ISP's are not an option in your list. I moved back home a few years ago & was still using my Verizon login but now I can't watch my shows.
Can you research and add our local ISP's as a login option.

I pay for VH1 through optimumtv. The app will not accept access through this carrier from some reason but has it as one of the carriers you guys use

I tried to get service, which I was charged for and the rep couldn't help me to complete the service. But took the monies out of my account.

Couldnt speak to customer service because they have a non working number. Please update your website with a good contact number. I have a very serious issue that needed to be discussed however Ive made several attempts contacting VH1 but the number is totally incorrect
